- I'm a daughter, a sister, a mother and a friend. I am originally from Mexico City, (which makes me a "Chilanga") but have lived in California for the last 38 years. I come from a very faith driven and loving family. I thank God & my parents for that. I looooooove MUSIC!!! It runs through my veins. I grew up listening to my parent’s, and my sister’s favorite music. Which in turn covers the 50’s, 60’s & 70’s genres. Then my brother’s & I listened to 80’s and my daughters listened to 90’s music. So by this “Millennium”, I pretty much listen to anything…except explicit lyrics on Rap or Reggae-ton. At 46 years of age, I've had my share of hard moments but the good heavily outweigh the bad. I am a "positive" person. I try to find the good in every situation, no mater what. This comes from my faith and love of GOD. He is always by my side.
